How long does an office, retail or hospitality fit-out take?

It depends on scope and size — a single floor refresh can take a few weeks, a full base-build office is typically 8-14 weeks once design and approvals are signed off. We give you a fixed programme before you commit.

Do you handle DDA, Civil Defence and other authority approvals?

Yes — liaison with DDA, Civil Defence, Municipality and Free Zone authorities is handled in-house and built into the programme from day one, not treated as an afterthought.

How do you keep the budget on track?

You get a detailed scope and budget before work starts, and any variation is flagged and agreed before it happens — so the final invoice never comes as a surprise.

Is there a warranty on the fit-out?

Yes — every fit-out carries a workmanship warranty after handover, and we stay reachable for snagging or follow-up once you're operating out of the space.

Can you work out of hours to avoid disrupting our business?

Yes — phased and after-hours delivery is available so a live office, shop or venue can stay operational while work is carried out.
